Guidelines:
Exhibited films will receive $1/stream without
limitation. Payments will be issued 30 business days
after the end of quarter or 90 day agreement. All contracts are 90 day exclusive agreements with an option to renew if desired by both parties.
Please read this agreement carefully before you submit your film. By submitting your film, you expressly
acknowledge and agree that you can satisfy the terms of this agreement.
1) All submissions MUST NOT currently have Streaming
distribution in the US and her territories.\
2) All submissions MUST be able to satisfy the Deliverable
requirements within 30 days of notification, (Please see list
of deliverables).
A. Deliverable requirements:
1. Film must be in English or have English subtitles
2. Film must have a CC (Closed Caption File)
3. One Quicktime (.mov) ProRes 4444 or ProRes 422 HQ in 16:9 Aspect Ratio - 1080p resolution, 23.98 fps
uncompressed PCM. Audio must be provided in 5.1 surround sound, if not stereo is acceptable.
4. Producer's Errors and Omissions Policy, naming MoviVue LLC as an additional insured which shall be valid
for 1 year from date of delivery.
5. Music Cue Sheet.
6. Minimum of 12 production stills at a DPI of 300 or
greater.
7. Poster (PSD Layered Artwork as a digital file)
8. Three trailers for the movie 30, 60 & 90 second versions (approximate timing is acceptable). Each version in Quicktime (mov) ProRes 422 HQ 1920x1080 resolution, 23.98 fps uncompressed PCM. Audio must be provided in 5.1 surround sound, if not stereo is acceptable.
9. Social media handles for the movie, and all ATL (above
the line) personnel.
PLEASE NOTE: MOVIVUE must have final approval of all posters and trailers. If posters or trailers do not meet the approval of MOVIVUE, filmmaker/s may be required to recut a new trailer or design and produce a new poster based on MOVIVUE's marketing requirements.
10. If the submitted film has distribution in any foreign territory(s), the filmmaker must note which territory(s) in the cover letter of the application so MoviVue can Geo block said territory as to not infringe upon any contractual obligations.
11. The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.
